Shipping and Handling
Your order will be shipped within 10 business days from the placement date. In the event that your item is on backorder, shipment is expected to take place approximately 6-8 weeks from the order date. Once a confirmed shipping date is established, your order will be dispatched via UPS with a signature requirement. Before shipping, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please use this information to coordinate your presence for delivery, ensuring a signature upon receipt. Please be aware that adverse weather conditions may result in delays. Deliveries to PO Boxes or hotels are not possible.

All packages are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Responsibility for the package ceases once it is delivered and signed for.

Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned promptly, in a sellable condition, with the seal tag intact, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a return or exchange if the received item is deemed damaged or unsellable. Altered products are ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Each return will undergo a Quality Control assessment to ensure compliance with these requirements. If the returned products fail to meet QC standards, Jesse Jewelry will reject the return, and the products will be returned to the client. If the returned product meets Quality Control criteria, Jesse Jewelry will proceed with the refund or exchange.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed for the original form of payment once the item is received and confirmed to be in a sellable condition.

Damages
Every piece of our jewelry undergoes meticulous care and a rigorous quality control process before being dispatched to our clients. The jewelry is carefully packaged for its journey to you, and we encourage clients to inspect each package upon receipt. If you believe you have received a damaged item, please contact info@jesse.nl within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.
